What does the WorldMate Live Outlook Add-in do? |
| The Outlook can automatically create your travel itineraries in WorldMate Live. It allows you to take confirmation emails you got from travel providers, have WorldMate Live "read" the information in them and put it in your travel itinerary automatically. It also enables you to export meetings from Microsoft Outlook into your itinerary. This way a full travel itinerary may be created automatically without you needing to manually enter any information. This information will automatically be available to you in the WorldMate Live mobile service and the WorldMate Live website.
Most actions are accomplished by using the WorldMate Live toolbar that will be added to your Outlook toolbars. |

I got a booking confirmation email from my travel provider - what do I do now? |
| Select the email and click "Export Item" on the WorldMate Live toolbar. You may be prompted before the email is sent to WorldMate Live. The WorldMate Live system will attempt to "read" the email and will inform you of the results by a return email. The data captured will automatically be added to an itinerary in the system, or even create a new one. If it does not match any itinerary and an itinerary cannot be created, it will go into the "Unassigned Items" box - read more about it below. If the system does not manage to read the email, and it is indeed a valid confirmation email, see here. |

My meeting is on another time-zone than I am on - how is that handled? |
| WorldMate Live assumes it's easier for you to enter meetings according to the time at the place where you are going to have them. Therefore if a meeting is in the calendar at 9AM, WorldMate Live assumes you mean 9AM at your destination, not at home, and will put the meeting in the itinerary at 9AM according to the destination time-zone. We suggest you don't put an alarm in Outlook for such meetings - you will get alarms from WorldMate Live instead. |

| You use it by exporting travel confirmation emails received from travel agents into WorldMate Live, and meetings too. |

WorldMate Live fails to read my travel provider's confirmation email - can I do something about it? |
| Yes. This probably means we still do not support your travel provider. For a list of providers we do support please click here. If you want to help us expand our coverage to support your travel provider, please take those confirmation emails that were not parsed, attach them to an email (e.g. by dragging them to an email) and send those to wmlive_travel_emails@mobimate.com. When we'll have enough samples from that provider, we will be able to support it. |

What are Unassigned items? |
| Unassigned items are meetings or travel bookings that the system was not able to automatically assign to a trip. This either means that you did not have a matching itinerary or that some information was missing in the booking and the system was unable to make the match. You can use the WorldMate Live website to assign them to a trip. |
