What is WorldMate Live? |
| WorldMate Live is a mobile travel assistant. It helps you plan and manage your trip, and then provides you with assistance while you're actually traveling. It pushes information to you based on your itinerary - from weather where you're going to real time flight status, and provides you with critical information about your travel arrangements, meetings, and places you're visiting. |

Where do I access WorldMate Live - What components does it have? |
WorldMate Live includes the following components:
All of these components work together - for instance an itinerary may be created automatically through the Outlook Add-In, it is then automatically synced to the Smartphone and can also be changed in the website. Such changes made on the website are also automatically updated on the Smartphone, and vice versa. |

Do I need to use all of these components? |
| Not necessarily. For instance: You can use only the Outlook Add-in to export your travel information to the Smartphone without using the website at all You can use the website to create itineraries and then use that information while traveling on your Smartphone You can use only the website to manage your travel itineraries without ever using the Smartphone or the Outlook Add-in You can use just the Smartphone client without ever accessing itinerary information. |

What is a "Travel Itinerary" in WorldMate Live? |
| A travel itinerary is a full trip plan, which includes travel itineraries - flights, hotels, car rental or public transportation (e.g. train rides), as well as meeting that are to be conducted during the trip. By managing our full itinerary WorldMate Live is able to serve you ever step of the way - from packing before the trip to taking the plane back home. |

My secretary manages my travel itineraries - can I still benefit from WorldMate Live? |
| Sure. You can have your secretary create itineraries for you using the WorldMate Live website and / or the Outlook Add-in, and then use that information while traveling. To do this you need to provide your secretary with your account login details, and he / she can login to the website and create the information for you. And since the mobile service is in sync with the website, it means that even while you're traveling he / she can provide you with travel details that way - any change made will be shown on your Smartphone. |

| The WorldMate Live Website helps you plan and manage your itineraries. It presents you with travel details that were automatically captured from confirmation emails sent to the system, allows you to create and edit itineraries, view itineraries on a map and manage your WorldMate Live account. |

How do I use the Website? |
| Browse to http://www.wmlive.com , sign-in with your e-mail address and password, then create, edit or view your itineraries. |

How do I create a trip itinerary? |
| Once logged in to the system, use the "Create Itinerary" box on the top-left - fill in the details and click "Create". |

How do I add items to a trip itinerary? |
| Once you're viewing a trip itinerary, add items by clicking the relevant "Add" link - e.g. "Add Flight", "Add Meeting" etc. A window will pop up allowing you to enter details. |

How do I add flight details? |
| WorldMate Live enables you to add scheduled flights very easily, simply by entering the airline, flight number and date, and clicking "Get Flight Details". If the flight is found, the details will be provided automatically and you only need to click "OK". If the flight is not known, you can manually enter the details. If your flight is with a major airline and flight details are not automatically shown, please re-check the information entered as it is highly unlikely that it will not be found if that information is exact. |

Can I add a flight which is not in Flight Schedule system? |
| Yes, you can, just enter the airline, date and flight number, click "Get Flight Details" and then enter all the details manually in the window that opens. |

How do I view my trip or specific items on a map? |
| In the website, after selecting the itinerary, click "Map My Itinerary" to view all relevant items on a map, or click the map icon near a specific item to view the location of that item. Items should have validated addresses to enable this. |

What does the "Address not validated" message mean? |
| When you enter an item's address - e.g. a hotel or meeting location, WorldMate Live attempts to validate the address. If the address is not validated it means it was unable to validate the location and pin-point it on the map, which also means it won't be able to show it to you on the map (in the website or on the mobile device). Re-check your address for completeness and correctness. |
