Why do I need an account in order to use WorldMate Live? Why do I need to sign-in every time I access it on the web?
WorldMate Live stores your personal travel itinerary information and therefore you need to log into the system for the system to recognize you and make sure you and only you get your information.

Is information stored in the system secure?
The WorldMate Live website and mobile service transmit all private information over 128-bit encrypted SSL protocol. The system's servers are secured using best industry practices. Lets just say it's at least as secure as the (un-encrypted) confirmation emails you get from your travel agent, and meetings you send over email to your peers.

Who owns WorldMate Live?
WorldMate Live is owned and operated by MobiMate Ltd., represented in the USA by WorldMate Inc. MobiMate is the world leader in mobile travel application, and WorldMate is the only smartphone application that is a best-seller across all smatrtphone platforms.

Rename a trip
To rename a trip in your itinerary please click on the edit icon Edit Iconon the same row.
A window will pop-up named 'Edit trip' edit the details you wish there.

Change primary email address instructions
Here are the instructions on how to change your primary email address within WorldMate Live.
1. Log into your account.
2. Click the "My Account" tab on the upper right corner.
3. Click "Email Address" button.
4. On this screen, add a new email address and wait for the email from the system, where you’ll be required to click a link to validate that email address.
5. Once validated, you can select that email address and click the “Make Primary” button to define that address as your primary email address.

New Itinerary items are showing dates of next year.
This happens when new itinerary items are added without a year.
The system 'assumes' that they are occurring in the future and thus assigns them to the next year.
Please edit the items and add the year manually.

Overlapping Itineraries
At the moment, there is no way to transfer existing itinerary items (such as flights) between your WorldMate Live itineraries, or separate an existing itinerary into new shorter itineraries.
In order to prevent the WorldMate Live system from uniting your overlapping itineraries we suggest that you separate the beginning of a trip (i.e. the flight to -) and the end of the trip (i.e. the flight back from -) into 2 itineraries.
This way the system will not automatically add items to a one long itinerary between the original dates of departure and arrival.

How can I change Credit Card / Edit CC Details?
Currently there is no option to edit credit card details in the WorldMate Live system.
Transferring your current WorldMate subscription to a different credit card is technically impossible at the moment.
If this was your intention then we suggest that you cancel (downgrade) the current Gold Membership subscription and purchase a new one using the other credit card.

Was I charged twice for WorldMate Live Gold membership subscription?
Please note that you might see in your Worldmate Live Billing Records 2 lines for the same subscription charge – one as ‘Pending Approval’ and the other as ‘Payment’
However, this is the same payment – you are not charged twice for it.
If you are sure that you have been over-charged then please contact us and provide us with copies of the suitable credit card billing records.
